Most recently, Peter was head of R&D at Lightblue, an AI Startup in Tokyo. He is the creator of several popular AI models including Karasu, Suzume, R1-Multilingual, and LB-Reranker.
Before that, Peter attained his PhD in Software Engineering from The University of Auckland.
